Principal Solicitor
Leon Shohmelian

Leon has nearly 20 years experience in law, and has worked for various companies utilising his degrees in Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws.
Most notably, he developed a niche specialty in the area of retirement village and aged care law. Leon continues to be recognized by his peers and the industry alike as being an expert on legal matters pertaining to the retirement village and aged care sector, regularly speaking at national and regional conferences and training seminars on issues relating to the industry.
Leon has a strong sense of community service and always keeps himself involved in a variety of volunteer activities. He is a past-Director and Vice-President of the Chatswood Chamber of Commerce and also as a past-Director and President of the Old Sydneians’ Union.
His greatest passion is his family. Leon is married and, with his wife, Kristin, has four children, his son Joseph, and three daughters, Sara, Zoe-Marie, and Esther.
Leon and Kristin are committed Christians, and, having met at their time studying at C3 Bible College, they also serve as Location Pastors of C3 SYD Parramatta, a church location which they pioneered and planted with their team in 2018.

With over 3 years of experience in the legal industry, Maddie has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for her clients. She is passionate about helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal matters and strives to provide the highest level of satisfaction to all her clients.
Maddie is committed to taking the time to listen to her clients’ concerns and to understanding their unique needs and goals. She works closely with them to develop a customised legal strategy that meets their specific needs. Maddie is always available to answer her clients’ questions and provide updates on the progress of their matter in a timely manner.
Christianna Momdjian

Christianna is the newest member of our team, joining us as a solicitor in 2023. Christianna studied a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Law at the University of Sydney graduating in 2006.
Christianna went on to work at DLA Phillips Fox, where she received her training in Corporate and Commercial Law. After taking some time off to raise her three children, she returned to her legal career with a fresh outlook.
Christianna has a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. She is community minded, managing her children’s various sports teams, assisting on school parent committees and volunteering for Scouts Australia. On weekends you’ll rarely find her far from home on the Northern Beaches with her family.

Naomi England

Naomi is a licensed conveyancer with almost 3 years industry experience. Gaining exposure in both small and large firms and fully appreciates that every conveyance is unique.
She has successfully transitioned into the industry and brings with her a wealth of experience in senior global leadership positions.
When she is not reviewing a contract or focused on getting the best outcomes for her clients at settlement, she is most likely running parkrun or spending time with her family.
Lydia Herron
Office Manager

Lydia hails from NYC and relocated to Sydney in 2018. She is a highly accomplished Executive Assistant with a diverse background encompassing Administrative Support, Sales, Human Resources, and Grants Management. With a passion for organisation and a keen eye for detail, Lydia consistently provides invaluable support and ensures our office operates smoothly.
Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Advance Diploma in Creative Arts: Vocal Performance. In her off time, Lydia enjoys singing and writing/performing spoken word and learning new things. She is the person you want on your team in a trivia competition.
Administration Assistant
Esther Oksenholt

Esther is an administration assistant who is highly motivated and detail oriented. She has a bachelor in Mass Communication with a major in PR and Journalism. She has a breadth of experience from her time living in Norway, Malaysia and now Australia.
Esther has a passion for administration and organisation and her assistance to our clients and legal staff ensures a seamless transaction every time.
When Esther is not at work, you can find her at the beach, with her friends or spending time with her nieces and nephews.
